How do I book a session?
Use the calendar: pick an open session, fill in the case details and submit. The session is held for you while the request is reviewed, and everyone listed gets the confirmation by email.
How long is the hold on my requested date?
Requests are held for 48 hours. You'll almost always hear back sooner.
Can we mediate by Zoom?
Yes. Zoom sessions use private breakout rooms for each side, and the joint session is optional.
What should we send before the session?
A short confidential mediation statement, key exhibits and the offer history, ideally five business days ahead.
How are fees split?
Equally between the parties unless they agree otherwise. See the fee schedule for details.
