Flat session fees for half and full days, with everything you need for a productive mediation included.
Session fees
Flat fees, split equally
Fees are per party for a two-party case and are shared equally unless the parties agree otherwise.
Half day
$1,250 per party
Morning (9:00 to 1:00) or afternoon (1:30 to 5:30). Up to four hours.
Full day
$2,250 per party
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, lunch included. Up to eight hours.
Additional time
$325 per hour, per party
Only if the parties choose to keep going past the booked session.

Every session includes
- A pre-session call with each side's counsel
- Review of mediation statements and key exhibits
- A joint room and private caucus room for each side
- Secure Zoom hosting with private breakout rooms
- Follow-up calls for 30 days if the case doesn't settle on the day
Cases with more parties
For three or more parties, the fee is per side rather than per party, so co-defendants represented by the same firm pay one share.
Travel
Sessions at counsel's office within Bexar County carry no travel charge. Elsewhere in South Texas, travel time is billed at half the hourly rate, split equally.
Policies
Cancellations and payment
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least ten business days ahead at no charge. Later cancellations are charged half the session fee, or nothing if the date can be rebooked.
Payment
An invoice comes with the confirmation and is due five business days before the session. Check, ACH and card are accepted.
Settled early?
If the case settles before the session, the cancellation policy applies. If it settles partway through the day, the full session fee applies.
